Reign Lee is a partner specialising in digital regime counselling and compliance, with particular expertise advising clients on the impact of the UK Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act, EU Digital Markets Act, EU Digital Services Act, UK Online Safety Act, and the European Accessibility Act.

Reign acts for a wide range of clients, including leading tech companies, global brands, investment funds, online marketplaces, and businesses in the creative industries. She provides strategic legal and regulatory counselling with a particular focus on the interplay between various areas such as AI governance and accountability, platform responsibilities and antitrust rules as well as digital service obligations and accessibility requirements.

Her experience also includes advising on UK/EU competition law matters (merger control and National Security and Investment Act reviews, antitrust investigations, complex distribution agreements), commercial agreements, and sanctions compliance.

Reign acts for many international clients with experience spanning Europe, Asia, and North America. She began her legal career in Brussels in 2013.
