Harpreet is a Senior Associate, advising on IP litigation, commercial contracts and regulatory matters across the consumer brands and retail, sports, and media and entertainment sectors. She has particular expertise in food and drink regulation and labelling, advising high-profile clients - including leading brewers and alcohol brands - on the regulatory landscape and food labelling requirements, from general food information and allergen labelling to nutrition and health claims.

Harps also advises on a range of contentious and non-contentious IP matters, including brand clearance, protection and portfolio management, disputes, licensing, and strategic IP issues in product launches and marketing campaigns. On the commercial contracts side, she advises on sponsorship, partnership, service and IP licensing agreements.

Acting for a global brewer in multi-million pound high court litigation which reached a successful settlement.
