Chris specialises in a wide range of commercial disputes with emphasis on high value civil fraud, banking and financial services disputes, shareholder disputes and emerging technology disputes. Chris is widely recognised as an expert in the field of cryptoassets and a founding member of the Crypto Fraud and Asset Recovery Network.

Much of Chris's work has a strong international dimension, and has involved multiple jurisdictions in Europe, the Commonwealth of Independent States, and the Middle East. He also advises on proceedings in the English High Court, the Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court, as well as on arbitration proceedings
