Stefan Scherrer has many years of experience in advising listed and privately held companies in connection with domestic and international M&A transactions and restructurings as well as in the areas of corporate law, contract law and stock exchange law. His other areas of practice include commercial law, banking and capital markets law. He is recognized by SIX Exchange Regulation as representative in the areas of bonds, derivatives and equity securities. Stefan Scherrer worked for a leading US law firm in New York in the area of mergers & acquisitions and is the author of a dissertation on public takeover law. He regularly publishes articles on current topics in his areas of expertise.
