Büşra Dereli is an attorney at Pi Legal Consultancy, where she works within the firm’s international law department and advises clients on a broad range of cross-border and domestic legal matters. Her practice focuses on immigration, citizenship and residency, inheritance, enforcement proceedings, insurance arbitration, healthcare and medical malpractice disputes, real estate, data privacy, anti-dumping, international trade and commercial matters.

Ms. Dereli has developed particular experience in assisting foreign individuals, investors and corporate clients with legal processes in Türkiye, including residence and citizenship procedures, real estate-linked legal issues, inheritance matters involving international elements, enforcement-related disputes and regulatory compliance. She is also actively involved in litigation and dispute-resolution work, supporting clients in complex matters requiring coordination between administrative, civil, commercial and enforcement procedures.

Her international academic background and multilingual capabilities strengthen her role in cross-border mandates. She graduated from Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Faculty of Law and completed part of her legal education at the University of Silesia under the Erasmus programme. She is also pursuing further studies in Foreign Trade, reflecting her continued focus on international commerce and regulatory matters.

Ms. Dereli has participated in professional training and sector-focused programmes, including training on representation of parties in arbitration and tax litigation methodology. She is admitted to the Ankara Bar and works in Turkish and English, with additional language capabilities in Polish and Spanish.

With her combination of international legal exposure, dispute-resolution experience and practical understanding of Türkiye-facing investment, immigration and regulatory procedures, Ms. Dereli plays an active role in supporting Pi Legal Consultancy’s foreign clients and cross-border practice.
