Career
Ohad Phillip (Founding Partner) heads the firm's commercial and high-tech departments, advising and representing a broad client base that spans early-stage startups, mature corporates, investors, and family offices, both in Israel and internationally. Ohad's transactional practice covers the full commercial spectrum, including license agreements, business partnerships, IP, corporate governance, M&A, and labor law.
Ohad has developed a particularly strong reputation in fintech, digital assets, and emerging financial technologies. His clients include companies and individuals active in cryptocurrencies, blockchain applications, and open banking, and he regularly engages with relevant regulators in discussions on financial legislation and the regulation of digital currencies, giving him a hands-on, forward-looking perspective that is rare in the market. The department also serves businesses with complex cross-border operations, providing both transactional support and ongoing strategic counsel.
Prior to joining the firm, Ohad clerked in the Economic Department of the Tel Aviv District Court for the Honorable Judge Khaled Kabub (now a Supreme Court Justice) and interned at the Israeli Supreme Court for the Honorable Justice Edmond Levy.
Ohad ranked as a leading FinTech lawyer in the Chambers 2026 guide.
