Founding Partner

Eli Pillersdorf (Founding Partner) heads the firm's medical malpractice department and brings deep, wide-ranging experience in tort law and medical malpractice litigation. Eli represents physicians and major medical institutions,  including some of the largest healthcare organizations in Israel , in malpractice claims spanning the full spectrum of medical disciplines: gynecology and obstetrics, genetics, oncology, neurosurgery, surgery, family medicine, and beyond. His practice extends across all judicial instances and tribunals.

Beyond medical malpractice, Eli is an experienced civil and administrative litigator, handling complex disputes and providing ongoing legal counsel and crisis management to a diverse client base, including medical institutions and international companies.

Eli also serves as an adjunct lecturer at the Faculty of Law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where he teaches a dedicated course on medical malpractice, reflecting both his standing in the field and his commitment to shaping the next generation of practitioners.
