Shaul Zioni  heads the firm's litigation department and brings exceptional depth across commercial litigation, administrative law, banking, digital currencies and blockchain, corporate and commercial law, labor law, tender law, and class actions. Shaul represents corporations and individuals across all judicial instances and government forums, and regularly leads negotiations, arbitrations, and mediations on behalf of his clients.

Shaul has carved out a distinctive market position in the digital currencies space, representing companies and individuals operating in the field in a wide range of proceedings, including civil claims against banks and administrative proceedings before state authorities.

He is equally recognized for his class action practice, with extensive experience on both the plaintiff and defense sides at all stages of the process. Shaul has particular strength in large-scale, complex class actions in the high-tech and technology sector, having led proceedings against global tech giants including Apple, WhatsApp, and Google.
