Supported the multi-phase legal restructuring of PT PLN (Persero), including asset transfer of over 21,000 MW, the setup of four sub-holdings, and governance frameworks for the PLN Group.
Hijaunesia 2023 (1,055 MW)
Acted as legal advisor to PT PLN Indonesia Power in a landmark multi-project renewable IPP tender, including 12 solar and wind facilities.
Tanjung Jati B 5&6 (2 x 1,000 MW
Represented Sumitomo-led consortium in drafting and negotiating EPC, PPA, and shareholder agreements for one of Indonesia’s largest coal-fired power projects.

Advised Marubeni-led sponsors on land, regulatory, and contractual issues for the coal-fired expansion in West Java.
SULBAGUT 1 and SULUT 3 Projects (2 x 50 MW each)
Represented project sponsors on EPC, O&M, and coal supply contracts, while aligning project structuring with Indonesian local content requirements.
Construction Arbitration (SIAC Rules)
Assisted a Japanese contractor in international arbitration against an Indonesian SOE, supporting lead counsel from Singapore.
