Nur Eka Pradata is a highly regarded corporate and commercial lawyer with over 15 years of experience advising multinational corporations, financial institutions, and Indonesian businesses on high-value transactions and regulatory matters.

His areas of focus include corporate structuring, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, employment law, and legal issues in the and healthcare sectors. His experience spans key industries such as insurance, logistics, technology, and consumer goods.

He co-founded CorraLegal in 2025 after building a strong track record at several of Indonesia’s most respected law firms. He has represented both domestic and international clients in structuring investments, executing acquisitions, and navigating complex regulatory requirements. In 2017, he was seconded to a leading Japanese law firm in Singapore, where he advised on cross-border transactions involving Southeast Asia and Japan.

Nur Eka earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Indonesia (2010), majoring in Business Law, and his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate and Commercial Law from Maastricht University, the Netherlands (2014).
