Dr. Alaa Abdulhamid Naji is the Founding Partner of NKL, and a licenced Saudi lawyer with over 30 years of expertise in the legal field.

From September 2019 to January 2024, Dr. Naji served as the General Supervisor of the Saudi Bar Association.

Dr. Naji's areas of expertise include Commercial and Sports Arbitration, Corporate Law, Corporate Restructuring, Governance and Advisory for Family-Owned Business, and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Prior to founding Naji Khairan Advocates & Legal Consultants, Dr. Alaa Naji was the Managing Partner at a leading international law firm. He has also held many leadership positions in both the public and private sectors.
