Sam is a commercial litigator who acts across a broad range of complex disputes, including financial services, construction, contractual issues, property, insurance, and trusts.

Sam appears regularly in the District Court and High Court, and has appeared as junior counsel in the Court of Appeal and Environment Court. He has represented clients in investigations and arbitral proceedings, and brings additional context from his time working in-house for banking and insurance institutions.

He takes a considered and commercially focused approach, working closely with clients to understand the practical implications of a dispute alongside the legal issues.
