Harriet is an employment lawyer advising employers and employees across a broad range of employment matters, including personal grievances, disciplinary processes, redundancy and restructuring, employment agreements, and workplace investigations.

She acts for clients across a diverse range of sectors including education institutions, public sector organisations, local authorities, and commercial enterprises. Harriet also advises on legislative compliance and best practice procedures, and has represented clients in negotiation and mediation.
