Mark is a corporate and commercial lawyer who has practised across New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and Australia, advising private and public entities on a broad range of transactions and commercial matters.

His work spans mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, corporate governance, NZX listing rules, outsourcing, and procurement, as well as the drafting and negotiation of complex commercial contracts. He acts for clients across a range of sectors including technology, infrastructure, finance, insurance, utilities, and medical technology.

Mark also brings an innovative approach to commercial contracting, including the development of automated legal solutions to help clients improve efficiency and manage risk across their contract portfolios.
