Sylvia is a property lawyer with over 30 years' experience, advising developers, investors, and cross-border clients on a broad range of commercial and residential property matters.

Her work spans commercial and unit title acquisitions and disposals, bare land and integrated subdivisions, high-rise and greenfield developments, leasing, and due diligence. She has acted on some of Auckland's most significant development projects, from iconic luxury apartment complexes to multi-staged greenfield residential developments.

Sylvia also advises cross-border investors on navigating New Zealand's overseas investment legislation, drawing on long-standing connections across the New Zealand and international property markets to facilitate transactions for corporate, consortia, and private investors.
