Mark is an agribusiness lawyer advising clients across the sector, from family farms and rural businesses through to corporate equity partnerships and international investors with diverse land holdings.
His work spans the full range of agribusiness legal needs - including transactions, financing, succession planning, environmental compliance, and disputes. He brings a depth of sector knowledge that is genuinely uncommon: before moving to the law, Mark spent 16 years as a stock agent, giving him a practical understanding of the sector and its people that shapes how he approaches every matter.
Mark acts for clients across New Zealand, providing commercially grounded advice on both the opportunities and the pressures that define agribusiness today.
