Sam is a corporate lawyer advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital raisings, and venture capital transactions. He acts for both New Zealand and international clients across the technology, financial services, and food and beverage sectors, on domestic matters and cross-border mandates alike, working closely with offshore counsel to deliver advice across jurisdictions.
