She advises national organisations on the acquisition and management of properties across New Zealand, and acts for high net worth family offices and managed real estate funds on mixed-use and commercial property developments.

Dual-qualified in New Zealand and the United Kingdom, Lucy brings an international dimension to her practice that is grounded in direct experience, having spent a number of years in London with specialist real estate firm Winckworth Sherwood before joining Anthony Harper. That background makes her particularly well placed to advise offshore investors and UK-connected clients on New Zealand property transactions.
