Rebecca is a specialist employment lawyer with a strong litigation background, advising employers of all sizes on the full range of employment law matters, from issues that arise before the employment relationship begins through to its end. She provides clear, practical advice on personal grievances, disciplinary processes, restructures, medical incapacity, incentive schemes, and exit negotiations, and represents clients at mediation and before the Employment Relations Authority.

Rebecca's practice also covers compliance matters, including Holidays Act remediation, minimum entitlements, and the Screen Industry Workers Act, as well as restraints of trade, protected disclosures, and the drafting and reviewing of employment agreements and policies. She regularly advises international businesses and offshore organisations managing their New Zealand workforce, bringing both technical expertise and a genuine understanding of each client's business to every matter.
