Emma is a commercial litigator with particular experience in construction litigation, and disputes regarding relationship property, trusts and estates, and family and custody proceedings.

Emma advises clients on both the transactional and contentious sides of their matters, and resolves disputes through mediation, adjudication, arbitration, and court proceedings. She appears in court frequently and has experience at all levels. Emma regularly works alongside King's Counsel on complex cases.
