Matt is a commercial property lawyer advising on the acquisition, development, and sale of residential, commercial, and industrial property. He acts for a broad range of clients, from private individuals to local authorities and listed companies, bringing a pragmatic, commercially focused approach that keeps transactions moving without getting caught up in legal technicalities that don't affect the outcome.

Matt's practice includes significant experience in syndicated property acquisitions and the redevelopment and sale of cross-lease and unit title developments, including complex matters arising from the Canterbury earthquakes, giving him a depth of market knowledge that is difficult to replicate.
