Anne is an employment lawyer and leads the firm’s employment practice. She advises employers on all aspects of the employment relationship, including restructures, personal grievance and employment status claims, disciplinary and workplace investigations, and collective bargaining.

Her work also includes advising on employment aspects of corporate transactions, employment agreements and incentive arrangements, restraints of trade, and compliance matters, including Holidays Act issues. She also works alongside offshore counsel on cross-border employment matters.
