Malcolm is a corporate and commercial lawyer with extensive experience across M&A, corporate transactions, and commercial matters. Malcolm combines technical expertise with genuine commercial acumen, understanding not just the legal mechanics of a transaction, but what it takes to get a deal done.

He works across all sectors with a particular focus on retail and food and beverage, acting for both New Zealand and international clients. Having served as Managing Partner from 2011 to 2024, steering the firm through significant growth, he brings a depth of business understanding to his work that clients,  domestic and offshore, find invaluable.
