Geoff is a corporate and commercial lawyer specialising in mergers and acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, and venture capital. He advises on a broad range of strategic commercial contracts, including supply and procurement arrangements, contract manufacturing, distributorships, sales and marketing agreements, and research and development agreements, acting for both domestic and international clients on transactions that require commercial insight as much as legal expertise.

Geoff has developed particular depth in technology and intellectual property law, advising providers and purchasers on all aspects of technology transactions, from systems integration and IP licensing and technology transfer through to the outsourcing of computer services. That combination of corporate transactional experience and specialist technology expertise makes him well placed to advise clients operating at the intersection of commerce and innovation.
