Tim advises clients on a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, commercial developments and leasing, subdivisions and syndications. He has expertise in regulatory compliance matters which are relevant to property transactions, in particular the Overseas Investment Act and New Zealand's financial markets legislation. Tim has specialist expertise in the hotel sector.
