Jordan is a corporate lawyer with particular expertise in the transport and logistics sectors, advising on corporate structuring, acquisitions and disposals, and general commercial matters. She acts for clients ranging from SMEs to NZX-listed companies, and works with offshore counsel on cross-border transactions, bringing sector-specific knowledge to deals that increasingly span multiple jurisdictions.

Her experience in both regulated and fast-moving commercial environments means she is equally comfortable advising on complex structural transactions and the day-to-day commercial matters that keep businesses moving.
