Grant is a health and safety lawyer advising clients on all aspects of workplace health and safety, from compliance and risk management through to incident response. He works with offshore law firms and organisations on cross-border matters, making him well placed to advise multinational businesses and international insurers operating across jurisdictions.

Grant's work spans serious incident investigations and representation in dealings with regulators, coroners, and the courts. He acts for a broad range of clients, including construction and infrastructure companies, Crown entities, manufacturers, logistics providers, insurers, and local authorities, and his practice extends to insurance and commercial litigation matters where health and safety issues intersect with broader legal risk.
