Alex advises clients across the full spectrum of corporate and commercial work, with a core focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, and governance matters. He is regularly instructed on shareholder arrangements and disputes, and works closely with offshore law firms on cross-border transactions, bringing both local expertise and an international perspective to complex, multi-jurisdictional deals.

On the commercial side, Alex advises on consumer law and fair trading, commercial contracts, and supply and procurement arrangements. He has developed particular depth in the automotive sector, acting for manufacturers, finance and leasing companies, dealers, and parts and service providers, a client base that spans domestic operators and international players alike.
