Harriet is a commercial litigator with particular expertise in trust and estate litigation, relationship property matters, shareholder disputes, and insolvency. She acts for individuals, trustees, insolvency practitioners, and creditors across a range of complex and high-value disputes.

Her trust and estate practice covers contentious trust matters, beneficiary disputes, trustee removal applications, and relationship property proceedings, including multi-million dollar arbitrations and mediations. She has appeared in the Court of Appeal, High Court, and District Court.
