Grant is a banking and finance lawyer advising borrowers and financial institutions on a wide range of financing matters, including leveraged finance, project and property finance, and structured finance transactions. He also advises on the financing aspects of mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, covering convertible loan note investments and security arrangements, and works regularly with offshore counsel on cross-border transactions.

His practice includes particular experience in property finance, sponsor-backed acquisition finance, and syndicated corporate facilities. Having previously practised in London and Tokyo, Grant brings an international dimension to his work that extends well beyond cross-border transactions, it is embedded in how he thinks about deals and the clients he serves.
