Chris leads the firm's corporate and commercial practice, with specialist expertise in the transport and logistics sectors.

In his corporate and commercial practice, Chris advises on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, franchising, governance, and technology matters. He also handles a broad range of commercial contracts, including domestic and international procurement, supply and distribution arrangements, and services contracts, acting for clients ranging from small businesses to international companies.

In transport and logistics, Chris works with port companies, freight forwarders, carriers, and exporters. He advises across the supply chain on shipping and port services arrangements, carriage of goods, procurement, and logistics services.
