Dieudonné HAPPI is a Lawyer, member of the Cameroon Bar, and Founding Partner of D.HAPPI AVOCATS, a leading business law firm established in 1985. With more than four decades of legal practice, he has built a distinguished reputation in complex litigation, business criminal law, corporate governance, and high-profile dispute resolution.

Throughout his career, he has represented major corporations, public institutions, financial organizations, and senior executives in complex and sensitive disputes involving significant legal, commercial, and reputational issues. His practice covers business litigation, corporate criminal law, regulatory matters, and strategic legal advisory.

Beyond his legal practice, Dieudonné Happi has held several prominent institutional positions relating to governance, ethics, and organizational leadership. He was appointed by FIFA as President of the Normalization Committee of the Cameroon Football Federation (FECAFOOT), where he was entrusted with overseeing the institution's transitional governance, revising its statutes, and organizing the electoral process leading to the establishment of a new executive body.

Building on this experience, he has served since 2019 as Vice-Chairman of the Governance Committee of the Confederation of African Football (CAF), contributing to the development of governance, ethics, and disciplinary standards across African football. He also chaired the CAF Electoral Commission responsible for supervising the electoral process that led to the election of CAF President Dr. Patrice Motsepe.

In 2020, FIFA appointed him as its Representative for the support and supervision of normalization committees across Africa, further recognizing his expertise in institutional governance and organizational reform.

In 2026, Dieudonné Happi was appointed Honorary Consul of the Kingdom of Morocco in Cameroon by His Majesty King Mohammed VI. In this capacity, he actively promotes diplomatic, economic, and institutional cooperation between the Kingdom of Morocco and the Republic of Cameroon.
