Chavisa is a senior associate at Mediums, active in the firm’s corporate, M&A, and real estate practices. She is a commercially minded corporate and M&A legal practitioner with a strong background in private M&As and real estate project development. Chavisa has represented clients in numerous complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, covering the full spectrum of the M&A process, including due diligence, legal structuring analysis, negotiations and drafting, financing and cash-flow management, closing, and exit strategies for some of the world’s largest private equity funds. She also has substantial experience negotiating hotel management agreements on behalf of both owners and managers.
