He has represented both local and international clients in numerous domestic and award-winning cross-border transactions, including some of the world's largest private equity funds in real estate development. In addition to the real estate industry, Peerasanti is well-versed and has led transactions in multiple sectors, including energy, financial institutions, consumer goods and services, transportation, manufacturing, and logistics.

In addition, his hands-on experience working with global private equity funds and his professional familiarity with a few licensed trustees in Thailand make Peerasanti an expert in all key aspects of Thai law-governed private equity trusts. He is highly capable of devising investment structures that align with both local requirements and internationally preferred practices.
