Yasemin Berna Aslanbay is a Founding Partner at Aslan Duran Law Firm, where she spearheads the Corporate Consultancy and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) departments. As a certified Expert Mediator registered with the Ministry of Justice, she specializes in navigating complex disputes within Commercial, Employment, and Consumer Law, offering clients sophisticated out-of-court settlement strategies. Her role involves providing top-tier advisory services to national and international corporations, focusing on preventive law, contract management, and regulatory compliance. Combining her extensive legal expertise with a results-oriented approach, she ensures the firm’s clients receive robust legal protection and strategic guidance in diverse business environments.

Yasemin Berna Aslanbay graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Law in 2015. After completing her legal internship, she gained professional experience in various areas of legal practice before co-founding Aslan & Duran Law Firm, where she currently continues her career as a founding attorney.

In addition to her legal practice, she is a registered mediator in the official registry of the Ministry of Justice. As a specialized mediator in labor law, she actively handles mediation processes, particularly in labor and commercial disputes in Ankara, providing efficient and solution-oriented outcomes for her clients
