Shivi Rajput is a Team Leader Partner working across Stowe Family Law’s London and East of England offices. She qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and has practised exclusively in family law throughout her career, working at boutique family law practices and large international firms before joining Stowe.

Shivi acts for high and ultra-high-net-worth individuals in divorce, complex financial proceedings and children disputes. Her cases frequently involve international issues, high-profile individuals and celebrities.

She has particular expertise in domestic and international children relocation cases and regularly drafts and advises on prenuptial, postnuptial and cohabitation agreements. She is also developing her practice in surrogacy and modern family law.

Shivi was named Citywealth Family Lawyer of the Year in 2020 and received the WeAreTheCity Rising Star Award in 2018. She has featured in the Top 100 Future Leaders List and was included in Citywealth’s 2026 list of the Top 75 family lawyers. Her work has also been recognised by Legal 500 for her strategic insight, clear advice and ability to explain complex legal issues.

Shivi is a member of Resolution.

She is accredited by the Law Society as a Family Law Advanced Specialist in financial remedies and private children law.

Shivi graduated with first-class honours in Law and achieved a distinction in the Legal Practice Course.

Outside work, Shivi has a keen interest in health and fitness. She is a former Karate World Champion and a second dan black belt. She also enjoys spending time in nature with family and friends.
