Nicola Beasley is a Partner working across Stowe Family Law’s Surrey, Sussex and Kent region, primarily from the Esher, Guildford and Brighton offices. She entered the legal profession in 2015 and qualified as a solicitor in 2018, having trained at a high-street practice specialising in family law.

Nicola advises on a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements and cohabitation disputes, with a particular interest in private children law. She also has experience in mental health law and matters involving individuals who lack litigation capacity, having previously spent five years supporting vulnerable clients and protecting the rights of people detained under the Mental Health Act 1983.

A former accredited mediator, Nicola has first-hand knowledge of the mediation process. She seeks to resolve disputes constructively and outside court wherever possible, while confidently guiding clients through court proceedings when required.

Nicola is a member of Resolution.

Nicola completed her Law degree at the University of Portsmouth.

Outside work, Nicola enjoys travelling, baking and spending time with friends and family. She is also a committed Brentford FC supporter.
