Emma McMorrow is a Team Leader Partner in Stowe Family Law’s London office. She began her legal career as a trainee solicitor in 2011 and has specialised in family law ever since.

Emma advises on a broad range of private family law matters, with particular experience in divorce and complex financial remedy proceedings involving high-net-worth individuals. Her work frequently includes business assets, family trusts and cross-jurisdictional issues.

She also advises on private children law matters, including child arrangements and domestic and international relocation disputes, as well as injunction proceedings.

Emma joined Stowe Family Law in October 2023. She is known for building strong, trusted relationships with clients and supporting them through difficult and vulnerable circumstances.

Emma is a member of Resolution

Emma studied History at the University of St Andrews before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London.

Outside work, Emma enjoys walking her rescue dog and baking.
