Elaine Morrison is a Team Leader Partner covering Stowe Family Law’s Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire region. She began her legal career as a paralegal at Duncan Lewis Solicitors in 2012 and completed her training contract with the firm, qualifying as a solicitor in 2015.

Elaine joined Crisp & Co Solicitors as an Assistant Solicitor in 2016 and progressed through the roles of Associate and Senior Associate before becoming a Partner. She joined Stowe Family Law in December 2023.

Elaine specialises in divorce and financial matters, alongside modern family law matters involving surrogacy and assisted reproduction. She is an experienced litigator who has acted in cases before the High Court and Court of Appeal, including reported decisions that have established legal precedents.

Elaine is a member of Resolution and a Resolution-accredited Specialist in private children law and complex financial remedies.

She is also an active member of The Surrogacy Network and is listed on the Roll of Solicitors in Northern Ireland.

Outside work, Elaine enjoys spending time with family and friends, dining out, attending the theatre and reading.
