Anu Kaur is a Team Leader Partner in Stowe Family Law’s London region. She began her legal training with a regional firm in Oxford before moving to Surrey and later joining Crisp & Co, which became part of Stowe Family Law in 2023.

Anu has extensive experience across family law, specialising in high-net-worth financial settlements for divorcing and cohabiting couples. She regularly advises on cases involving businesses, trusts and assets held across multiple jurisdictions.

Her practice also includes complex children matters, including relocation cases, as well as the preparation and negotiation of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

Outside work, Anu enjoys spending time with her family and maintaining an active lifestyle, including skiing and Pilates.
