Team Leader Partner, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire & Hertfordshire

Lauren Naismith is a Team Leader Partner based in Stowe Family Law’s Reading office, covering North Hampshire and Berkshire. She has worked almost exclusively in family law for nearly 16 years.

Lauren specialises in private children law, including complex disputes between parents, international child abduction and wardship. Her wider experience encompasses public law care proceedings, adoption, special guardianship matters and injunction proceedings.

Lauren is accredited by the Law Society under its Family Law Advanced Accreditation scheme for private children law, child abduction and wardship.

Lauren is a member of the Child Abduction Lawyers Association.

Lauren completed the ILEX course at Guildford College before undertaking the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, where she achieved a distinction.

Outside work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her children and family, keeping fit and socialising with friends.
