Career
Danielle Dyer is a Senior Associate in the Litigation team at Phillips Law Solicitors, a Legal 500-recognised and SRA-regulated law firm. Danielle advises clients across Basingstoke, Farnborough, Winchester, Hampshire, Surrey and the surrounding areas on a wide range of contentious probate and property dispute matters.
Danielle is driven by injustice and wanting to help others. She works closely with a range of clients, including beneficiaries, executors and trustees, and helps them navigate through highly sensitive times when a dispute arises following the death of a loved one involving the validity of wills, Inheritance Act disputes, executor and trustee disputes, proprietary estoppel and disputes concerning the administration of estate.
Complementing this expertise, Danielle also has a strong background in property and land disputes, and she regularly acts for individuals, businesses and companies on disputes relating to residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes, commercial lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, beneficial ownership, trusts of land, boundary disputes, rights of way and adverse possession.
Danielle qualified as a Solicitor in 2016 in an established London law firm, and she was part of the litigation team recognised in the Legal 500 as “tenacious and determined in achieving the best possible outcomes for clients”. she has developed significant experience in property litigation and contentious probate matters and has worked in firms in London and Surrey before joining Phillips Law Solicitors.
