During that time, he has successfully and consistently ensured his client’s interests are protected and where possible matters are resolved without the need for court proceedings. Should matters need to proceed to court, he is known for robustly defending his client’s position and ensuring his clients achieve the best possible outcome, whilst always looking to uphold principles set out by Resolutions Code of Practice.

Daniel has regularly worked on multi-million-pound financial matters and complex children act proceedings. He also has a wealth of experience acting for clients in relation to TOLATA proceedings.
