Sarah qualified as a solicitor in September 2009 and continued her career at Brain Chase Coles Solicitors where she had trained.  Sarah joined Phillips Solicitors Ltd following the merger of Phillips and Brain Chase Coles in 2020 and has recently been promoted to Senior Associate level within the department.

Sarah specialises in the administration of complex Estates as well as the creation and administration of Trusts.  She is very experienced in dealing with all aspects of Private Client work including the drafting and reviewing of Wills, the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney, the registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney and applications to the Court of Protection.

Sarah takes time to learn about her client’s individual circumstances before advising them accurately upon their matter.  She prides herself on the excellent working relationships that this enables her to create with clients, colleagues and other professionals who also appreciate her attention to detail and personable manner.

Sarah has been a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners since 2014 and uses these additional skills and knowledge to advise clients skilfully and sensitively upon their matter.
