Claire-Marie has worked exclusively in the legal profession since 1995.  Originally qualifying as a Legal Executive she continued her career progression and was admitted as a Solicitor in December 2009.

Claire-Marie initially practiced Family Law for a high street firm in Reading before joining Phillips in 2016 and converting to private client work in January 2019.  Claire-Marie was promoted to Associate Solicitor within Phillips Wills & Probate Team in 2022

Claire-Marie gives clear and concise advice. Areas of specialism include Will preparation and review; Estate Administration; preparation of Declarations of Trust; advice and preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyship applications
