Founder

Ahmed Mahmood Al Balushi is the founder of AMA, with over 17 years of experience advising ministries, leading corporates, insurers, financial institutions, and international investors on complex transactions and regulatory mandates.

Prior to establishing the firm in 2012, he held senior positions at a prominent Omani law firm, including serving as Executive Director, where he led teams on high-value corporate transactions and significant disputes.

Ahmed is a Supreme Court authorised advocate, with an active litigation practice handling complex disputes before the Omani courts.
