Senior Associate

Ms. Hümeyra  is a Senior Associate with a strong background in corporate and commercial law, advising domestic and international clients across regulated and operationally complex sectors including energy, construction, public utilities, logistics, e-commerce, and manufacturing. She has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, as well as advising on compliance and regulatory matters, including data protection processes and advertising compliance. Hümeyra has significant experience in corporate governance, including the preparation of board and general assembly documentation, and regularly supports clients on internal decision-making and risk management processes. She has also represented clients in litigation and mediation proceedings, with experience spanning labor, administrative, tax, and zoning law. Her background includes in-house roles within major infrastructure and municipality-affiliated entities, where she managed regulatory audits, internal legal processes, and stakeholder reporting, as well as advising foreign-invested clients on day-to-day legal and operational matters. She is known for delivering practical, commercially focused solutions aligned with Turkish law and international standards.
