Ms. Nazlı graduated from Bilkent University Faculty of Law in 2024, having completed her undergraduate studies ahead of schedule. She has been working as a Junior Associate at Erciyas Law Firm since 2025 and is a member of the Ankara Bar. Her practice primarily focuses on Employment Law, where she advises corporate clients on a wide range of matters, including employee-employer disputes, litigation proceedings, and the drafting of legal submissions. She is actively involved in managing dispute resolution processes. In addition, she has experience in international commercial arbitration and corporate law, including M&A transactions, with a focus on contracts and compliance. She has also practised in international human rights and equality law. She is proficient in English at an advanced (C1) level and regularly advises clients in cross-border matters.
