Arda Erciyas, senior partner of Erciyas Law Office, is a specialist in the fields of IT Law, finance and international trade. He is an experienced lawyer with very good English skills and he has many foreign clients from his areas of speciality.

Arda was graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Law in 2009. After completing his official law internship, Mr. Arda aimed to continue his education and gain overseas experience abroad and to develop his career in London, England in 2010. After completing his Master’s degree on the European Union at the University of Westminster in England, Mr.Arda returned to Turkey and he has been actively working in the family firm since 2011, and he is also persuing his PHD education at Istanbul Commerce University, in International Trade and EU Law.

Mr.Arda has in-depth knowledge and experience on almost every aspect of IT Law. He advises start-up companies and offers Personal Data Protection consultancy to many clients. He offers legal counsel for IT related businesses and infrastructures. Mr.Arda specialized in the subjects of e-money, payment systems and e-commerce.He provided consultancy for the licencing of a Turkish e-money company through Turkish Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency.
