Managing Partner

Mr. Nihat is the Managing Partner of Erciyas Law Office. He graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Law in 2002 and was admitted to the Ankara Bar Association. In 2003, he moved to Munich, Germany to pursue further education and gain international legal experience. During 2003–2004, he worked at Zirngibl Langwieser Law Office in Munich. Subsequently, he continued his studies at Ludwig-Maximilians University between 2004–2005, where he earned a Master’s degree in EU and International Economic Law.

Upon completing his Master’s degree, Mr. Erciyas returned to Turkey and briefly worked at TÜBİTAK from 2005–2006. Since 2007, he has been practicing law at his family firm, Erciyas Law Office. He is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Private Law at Istanbul Kültür University. Mr. Erciyas is fluent in English and German and specializes in technology, finance, and international trade law.

With extensive experience both in Turkey and abroad, Mr. Erciyas also advises clients in the retail sector. He currently serves as a board member of the Chain Stores Association (KMD) and has been recognized by the German Embassy in Ankara as one of the “most trustworthy German-speaking lawyers” in the city.
