Managing Partner

Mr. Nihat Erciyas is the Managing Partner of Erciyas Law Office. He is graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Law in 2002, and was called to the Ankara Bar Association. Mr. Nihat went to Munich, Germany in 2003 in order to resume his education and gain experience abroad. He worked in Zirngibl Langwieser Law Office in Munich for one year during 2003–2004. Then he decided to continue his education in Ludwig-Maximillians University 2004–2005 and completed his Master’s degree on EU and International Economics Law.

After completing his Master’s degree, Mr. Nihat returned to Turkey and worked at TUBITAK for a short time between 2005–2006 and he has been working in this family firm since 2007.   Also, he continues his doctoral education at Istanbul Culture University, Private Law.  Mr. Nihat knows English and German, and he is a specialist in the fields of technology, finance and international trade. As a lawyer who has years of experience both in Turkey and abroad, Mr. Nihat also deals with legal matters of retail sector. Currently, he is also a board member of the Chain Stores Association (KMD) and he has been in German Embassy's honorable list of "most thrustworthy German-speaking lawyers in Ankara".
